Q   What are some sample fares?
A   As an example, round trip Amtrak fare from Vancouver BC to Everett and Edmonds is $52 US and from Everett and Edmonds to Seattle $18 US round trip.
     
Q   Where are the train stations I can access through this program?
A   Eugene, Albany, Salem, Portland, Vancouver WA, Kelso, Centralia, Olympia, Tacoma, Tukwila, Seattle, Edmonds, Everett, Mount Vernon, Bellingham, Vancouver British Columbia
     
Q   Which train stations access cities with participating hotels?
A   Edmonds and Everett, Washington
     
Q   How far are Edmonds and Everett from Seattle?
A   About 25 miles north
     
Q   What if I want to stay in Lynnwood, Arlington, Marysville or Snohomish?
A   Lynnwood hotels will pick you up at the Edmonds station. You can take a taxi or public transportation to Arlington, Marysville or Snohomish. Or, you can rent a car.
     
Q   If I take the train how will I get from the station to the hotel?
A   Call the hotel upon arrival at the Amtrak station and they will pick you up.
     
Q   Can I make reservations on the train even if I don't have the coupon? (You must have 7 days advance notice to receive your coupon in time to use it for your current trip).
A   Yes, but you must have the coupon when you pick up your ticket. Call your travel agent or 1-800-USA-Rail (1-800-872-7245).
     
Q   How will I get my coupon?
A   It will be mailed to you at the time you book your hotel reservation.
     
Q   What if I want to use the coupon for a train trip later?
A   That is fine. Be sure to use it by May 27, 2007.
